shipping & returns
Currently we are shipping within the EU, UK, Canada & US. We do our best to deliver your
order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 CET, are processed the
same day, depending on where you are ordering from lead times can vary.
Keep in mind: during peak periods in sales (during holiday's etc.) you might experience delays.
You can track your parcel with the track and trace code provided by MyParcel in your e-mail.
Fannie wishes complete satisfaction to all her customers. If, for any given reason this is not the
case you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. After the cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs once your return is
approved. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
You can arrange your return with MyParcel through your track and trace e-mail by downloading
the return label.
All items must be returned to Fannie in its original condition; with all accessories supplied and –
if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Given the fact that a lot of our
products intimate in nature, we can’t accept a return once the hygienic seal is broken (the
Fannie sticker on your item) due to the EU hygiene regulations.
